International Admissions Requirements:
Pebble Hills University programs are available to anybody who wants to pursue further education. If you have previous academic records, you are eligible for Direct Admission to the course of your choice. Please see the academic requirements section for that.

Those who don't have any such records undergo a Foundation Course before attending their regular classes for their desired program. This short duration Foundation course ensures that students who are willing to enhance their career prospects by attaining recognized and accredited degrees or diplomas feel comfortable with the course they have joined.

For experienced candidates , we have provisions to waive-off this foundation course as well. Kindly see our policy on Accredited Prior Experiential Learning in our APL handbook and fill the relevant form to apply.

For other candidates
Academic Requirements:

  • Candidate should have completed high school (secondary school) education equivalent to a U.S. high school diploma.
  • Should have cumulative grade point average (GPA) on all secondary school work and postsecondary (university) coursework of 2.5 and cumulative grade point average of 2.5 for math and science courses.
  • Transcripts from all non-English speaking schools must be translated to English and must be official.
  • Evaluation of credentials may be obtained from the Educational Credential Evaluators, Inc. at www.ece.org or the International Education Research Foundation at www.ief.org. Otherwise, PHU can also evaluate your credentials.
  • ACT or SAT scores are not required for international admissions; however can bolster an application. Information regarding these tests may be available at www.act.org or www.collegeboard.com.
Type Of Applicant
Admissions requirements for International students vary according to what type of applicant you are.
  1. Incoming Fresh Applicant
  2. Transfer student
  3. Graduate student
International Fresh Applicants
What we need from you:
  1. Application Fee or waiver request
  2. Official transcripts (mark sheets) of all secondary and post-secondary academic work, including all official documents (in English) and an explanation of the grading system
  3. Evidence of English proficiency -- PHU requires a TOEFL score of 525 (paper-based) or 195 (computer-based), and will also accept IELTS, APIEL, and MELAB scores WES Evaluation www.wes.org. (On specific request of the applicants having studied at institutes where Language of instructions had been English, PHU may relax this clause)
International Transfer Applicants
What we need from you:
  1. Your completed Transfer application with your personal statement
  2. Application fee (or waiver request)
  3. Official transcripts (mark sheets) of all secondary and post-secondary academic work, including all official documents (in English) and an explanation of the grading system
  4. Evidence of English proficiency -- PHU requires a TOEFL score of 525 (paper-based) or 195 (computer-based), and will also accept IELTS, APIEL, and MELAB scores. (On specific request of the applicants having studied at institutes where Language of instructions had been English, PHU may relax this clause)
Transfer credit:
PHU recognizes all standardized tests, experiential learning, and has tie-ups with many universities for transfer of credit. Kindly refer to our APL handbook and submit the relevant form.

International Graduate Applicants

  3. Official transcripts (mark sheets) of all secondary and post-secondary academic work, including all official documents (in English) and an explanation of the grading system
